1. How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

2. How do I check my order?

Please note that once we have processed your order (between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm) you will receive an email with an estimated dispatch date.

3. How much do I need to pay for the delivery?

Our standard delivery service is free in United Kingdom regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 5-7 working days. For delivery to other countries, the standard delivery service is free if you spend £50 or more in one transaction, otherwise the delivery price is £5 per product.

Sorry, we do not offer any gift cards at present.

ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit and debit cards

• Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

• Please be aware products are handmade so there may be visible signs and indications of this but this does not mean they are faulty.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping arrangements and these are made at their risk and cost. Please ensure that you package securely and include you name, address, email address and order number.

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

• Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
